Sound Sessions

Beyond Words

An immersive experience gently curated for you, as Stuart plays a range of instruments and creates a soundscape for relaxation, reflection, deeper exploration, or simply to enjoy the experience.

Sound bath, sound healing or sound journey?

These terms are often used interchangeably and in different contexts. At Phase Align, Stuart offers each individually or in a small group setting, depending on the experience you’re looking for or the type of session you require.

Sound Bath

A receptive experience, often shared in a small group. You can lie or sit comfortably while Stuart plays a range of instruments around you, creating an immersive soundscape with a focus on relaxation, listening and stillness.

Sound Healing

A more intentional and individual approach, often described as therapeutic, working more closely with you and what you require. Stuart uses particular instruments, frequencies, vibration and placement, responding to you and your experience as the session unfolds. It is a focused, person-centred session that can stand alone or be used alongside counselling, coaching or meditation.

Sound Journey

An evolving and expansive experience, where the sound moves and develops over the course of the session. A journey might move through relaxation, reflection, emotion, stillness or deeper exploration, and can become more interactive or co-creative depending on where the experience leads.

30-Minute Tune Up

This is a single or dual instrument session — quiet and short, for relaxation, grounding and stillness. You can choose the instruments, and whether to lie or sit down. Designed for those that have busy lives, yet still value their downtime.

The way the room seemed to come alive with sound was almost geometric. Stuart has a special ability in creating harmonic landscapes.
