Common questions

Questions people ask first.

Do you actually know this world?+

Yes. Stuart has many years of experience working across touring, production and festivals. You won't need to explain a load-in, advances, life on the road, or why coming home after a run can sometimes be an adjustment.

Can we work while I'm on the road?+

Yes. Sessions are held online via Zoom or Google Meet, so we can work around where you are and what your schedule looks like.

What about confidentiality in a small industry?+

Confidentiality is taken seriously, with the usual professional and legal limits that apply to counselling. Stuart's industry background also means he understands why this matters, particularly in a world where everyone seems to know everyone.

I work in theatre, film, television or another part of entertainment. Is this for me too?+

Absolutely. Stuart's own background is in music, production and touring, and people working across theatre, film, television, venues and the wider entertainment world are equally welcome.

I love this work and want more of it. Is that a reason to come?+

Absolutely. You might want more opportunities, better tours, more clients, stronger boundaries, greater confidence or a way of working that supports you for the long haul. All of that belongs here.
